Welcome to the Macadam Ambassador Program! By joining our program and/or claiming rewards via the Influencer Hub in the app, you agree to the terms below.

1. What is a Macadam Ambassador?

An Ambassador is a registered Macadam user who has successfully referred a minimum number of unique users (the current threshold is set at 25 validated referrals) via their exclusive referral link.

  • The program is open to users aged 14 and over.
  • Macadam employees, their relatives, or agents connected to the program are not eligible to become Ambassadors.

2. Definition of a Successful Referral

For a referral to be counted toward the Ambassador Program, the new user must:

  1. Download the Macadam app via your unique link.
  1. Create an account using a phone number, email, or ID (Apple/Google) never previously used on Macadam.
  1. Be active: The user must have accumulated their first steps and validated at least three series of steps in the app. Multiple accounts created by the same person will not be counted and may lead to exclusion from the program.

3. How the Ambassador Program Works

Once you become an Ambassador, you gain access to a dedicated section in the app:

  • Tracking: The Hub displays your validated referrals and available earnings in real-time.
  • Content: You will find visual assets for your social media channels.

4. Promotion of Macadam and Intellectual Property

We encourage you to be creative!

  • Macadam Assets: You may use and modify the visuals provided in the Hub as long as they respect the Macadam brand image.
  • Original Content: If you create your own videos/photos, you are responsible for respecting copyrights (music, third-party images). Macadam cannot be held liable for any intellectual property infringement by an Ambassador.
  • Transparency: In accordance with commercial influence regulations, you must clearly state that your content is a collaboration or an advertisement (e.g., mention "Ad" or hashtag #MacadamAmbassador).

5. Rewards and Payments

  • Market Clusters: Reward tiers depend on your geographic area. To benefit from your zone's rates, at least 51% of your referrals must come from that same zone.
  • Payment Methods: Cash rewards are paid via bank transfer according to the options available in the Hub.
  • Fees: Macadam does not cover currency conversion fees or transaction fees that may be charged by your bank.
  • Validation: Each withdrawal request is subject to manual verification to prevent fraud. A processing time of 30 business days is generally required.

6. Paid Advertising Restrictions

It is strictly forbidden to purchase keywords including the "Macadam" brand (or spelling variations like "Makadam", "Macadam App") on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or any other advertising network.

  • Any violation of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of commissions and permanent exclusion from the program.

7. Fraudulent Behavior and Termination

Macadam reserves the right to exclude you from the program and freeze your earnings if:

  • You use bots or step simulators.
  • You encourage downloads in a misleading or aggressive manner.
  • You damage the Macadam brand image (hate speech, inappropriate content).

8. Modification of Terms

Macadam reserves the right to modify rewards, referral tiers, and these terms at any time. We will inform you of major changes via the app or email.

9. Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the hashtag #MacadamAmbassador, you authorize us to resharing your content on our official social media accounts.
